Mr. Saco is responsible for the design and equipment selection of mechanical components for belt conveyor systems.
* Union Electric Company. Provided design/layout for the retrofit self-cleaning magnetic separators to the Labadie Plant.
* Union Electric Company. Investigated mechanical improvements to the Labadie Plant's coal handling system to solve plow feeder tunnel washout problems.

CONSULTANT 1990 - 1993
Mechanical Engineer
Mr. Saco provided engineering consulting services to several clients. These include:
* Central Termica San Nicolas (CEA/AES/CMS/ORMAS Consortium). Prepared layout and conceptual design drawings.
* Provided engineering consulting services to Soros Associates; Robins Engineers & Constructors; OCAS, Inc.; and Eastern Engineering Association.

ROBINS ENGINEERS & CONSTRUCTORS 1980 - 1990
Project Engineer
Mr. Saco was responsible for the detail design of a number of different conveying system components. These include belt feeders, belt conveyors, stackers, ship-unloaders, shiploaders, reclaimers, plow feeders, etc. Major systems included a 19,000 foot long conveyor system for the St. John's River Terminal and the world's longest pipeline conveyor.
Mr. Saco's assignments have included the following:
* Jacksonville Electric Authority, Florida, a conveyor system with a project value of $25 million.
* China Petroleum corp., Kaohsuing, Taiwan, R.O.C., overland pipe conveyor system.
* Taiwan Power Co., Lin Kou Power Plant, Lin Kou, Taiwan, R.O.C., coal handling system.
* McNally-Wellman, Cambria Cogeneration Plant, PA, circular stacker and reclaimer handling refuse coal.
* Davy McKee, Echo Bay Minerals, Nevada, radial stacker, moving mineral ore.
* Arco Petroleum Corp., Cherry Point Refinery, WA, two bridge scraper reclaimers.
* Lower Colorado River Authority, Fayette Power Project, conveyor system and stacker/reclaimer equipment.
* Union Electric, Labadie Plant, traveling stacker.

Responsible for the design of conveyor systems. The major project was the design of a conveyor system for a fluidized-bed combustion pilot plant at Shamokin, PA.
