Energy Associates employs a multi-disciplinary team approach. Team members are experienced engineers, project development specialists, and advisors. The team is managed by a project manager, who handles the day-to-day activities for the work and is directly responsible for all aspects of the assignment. Discipline engineering managers are responsible for the design details. Specialists provide the experienced and detailed knowledge of specific applications and technologies need to ensure a successful commitment. The team includes engineers who are leaders in their fields and these technology issues.
