Project Description
Foster Wheeler engaged Energy Associates to assist with services to support their proposal efforts on the Lagisza AFBC Retrofit Project in Ploand. The AFCB unit was a proposed replacement of two units within the existing Lagiza Plant. Services included coal handling system definition, investigations of design alternatives, engineering calculations, proposal drawings, and proposal level estimates.

The drawings included plan, system elevations, and a flow diagram for the coal handling system. Below is a drawing illustrating conveyor elevations. It depicts the proposed materials of construction, overall dimensions, and clearances.
